Project Overview
I spearheaded the effort in designing Timbuk2's first fully fleshed out shopable compain landing page. The Ecommerce Director, with prior experience at DC Shoes and Giro, recognized the need for a more visually-stimulating experience for our customers, rather than directing them to conventional product description pages. The objective was straightforward - to present customers with stunning lifestyle photography in a full-screen display, and upon clicking on the image, immediately surface the product information, allowing for quick and seamless addition to their shopping cart.
My Contributions
Having already contributed to the campaign's emails and homepage refresh, I seized the opportunity to expand my role in the design of the caompaign landing page. Drawing inspiration from existing elements on our website and integrated custom image carousels and a unique shopping experience. The project required swift execution, with concept, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups completed within a compressed 5-day period, ensuring that the developers had ample time to complete the project prior to launch.
